A: Our build-time is 1-2 business days. This begins after we have successfully processed your order. Once your order is assembled and tested, you will receive the tracking info for your package, if our specialist found an issue when testing your order, we will replace the parts for a new one and tested for 24h more to make sure you will receive a quality product.

Q: Do you use refurbished products? 

A: All our products are brand new and we offer Maverick warranty and manufacturer, all this combined with lifetime support you can sleep peacefully that you are in good hands. 


Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: We just charge sales taxes to Florida residents. 


Q: What happens if after 1 year I want to upgrade my system. 

A: We offer programs for upgrading your hardware and our agents will help you through video conference to upgrade and install the new hardware, if you prefer to send your system for us to upgrade, we will do for a reasonable labor fee.


Q: I receive my system and I need assistance installing software and configuring. 

A: We have software and hardware specialist in house that are available and will help you with software installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades, we offer video conference for more reliable support. 


Q: What does the warranty cover?

A: The warranty covers parts and labor for the computer system itself only. If your computer system develops an issue that cannot be resolved over the phone. We will have the system sent back to our facility for service. Maverick-tech will cover all shipping costs (back and forth) as long as it's within the first 30 days of receiving your machine.
